Making movies

Strange Visitor has shared with us the fun new(-ish) site for making animated movies. Its still somewhat limited, but some of the work posted by AGSers in the forums is quite entertaining.

AGA-ro-phobic

Apparently it's all AGA's fault. Yes, everything. He's worse than Bernie Madoff, Osama bin Laden, George Bush, the IDF and Russell Brand put together.

The Longest Journey

Well, a new record for the the longest development of an AGS game is set... and the game is only just announced. Yes, an untitled commercial game is planned to complete in 2017 and sell for an inflation-adjusted $25. They originally planned to use TADS, or Adventure Maker but now have said they are switching to AGS. I can't wait. No really, I can't.

CJ knows all

I'm reliably informed that via a chain of phone text messages, CJ has been informed of the forums current ill state. However, he reportedly wasn't going to cut short his Mittens holiday just to go and find a cybercafe in France somewhere where he could try and spend possibly days fixing it. Selfish git. THE FORUMS ARE MY LIFE!

The skirl of the pipes didn't warn off Ken and they leapt on him. Just after this photo was taken the bagpipes grabbed his face and implanted on of their eggs inside him. We're expecting it to burst from his torso any minute...

Silly Friday

Nothing to do with AGS, but... while diving into Youtube for that silly lighthouse vid (well, it does have music from Clockwork Orange!), I also came across the best soft drink advert ever. I thought it had been lost to posterity but youtube has saved it! This ain't a rickroll, honest!
