AGS Nominations 2010: Snakes of Eternal Journey Down Technobabylon

Bicilotti as a proud host has created a very unique and awesome way to present the nominations for the AGS Awards of 2010. An AGS executable. Check it out here.

From this paragraph and further down the games will be listed. I will have a download link for each game that appears for the first time, so you can guys download. Regardless, I must say they were all predictable, as anyone with a right mind would pretty much expect them. All but some.
Head over Heels for instance stroke me with a happy remark. The best demo category is full of unexpected nominees. And I was sad, cause for another year, none of my games got nominated. But that was expected too. But one nomination. THAT SINGLE NOMINATION MADE MY DAY.

Lovecraft: is that like the love boat?

Lemmy and Binky of the pneumatic nurse AGS game-in-production The Forgotten Element have released a 3D game as part of TIGSource's Lovecraft competition. Carrion Re-Animating lets you raise the dead and have lots of zombie fun, although its not very adventure-y. You can't have everything!

Skip the light fantastic

When I'm not modulating, I enjoy cool flash game Fantastic Contraption, another of those physics games where you build machines to get from A to B, but I prefer it somewhat to Crayon Physics or Armadillo Run. Anyway, feel free to also get addicted.

But, but... what do I do now?

Looks like the AGS forums are down this morning and we can't even blame hajo anymore, so here's a list of alternative suggestions to while away the time until they are back:

Heresy!

Well, I've been playing a non-adventure recently, Kart n' Crazy over at goa.com. Free, multiplayer Mario-Kart clone. Cool as mince, although I'm not very good and most of the other players seem to be French or Spanish. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it does limit conversation.
